Ebisu Sushi Bar is a refined dining experience created for people to try authentic Japanese cuisine among traditional Japanese art and leave feeling refreshed. 'Ebisu' takes inspiration from the name of the lucky patron god of fishermen and tradesmen.
The menu is printed on special rice paper emulating that of a sushi roll, then carefully stitched onto a bamboo placemat backing for an extra touch of authenticity.
